Since Jobseeker was raised with the Covid Supplement, our members are reporting that they've been able to buy the medicine they need, pay off critical bills, and relieve some of the constant anxiety of being poor in Australia. Robert and the Coalition cutting the rate back to below the poverty line and shutting down Centrelink branches, before we're even past this crisis, is sheer cruelty. Keep the rate, Robert!

As the MP, for Fadden I am sure he (probably) adequately represents the constituents of his electorate, since they re-elected him. But as the current Minister for Government Services, I can safely say that nothing has improved during his tenure. This is similar to how it was when it was the Minister for Human Services (of which, he also served). The recent near-collapse of the Centrelink systems is good evidence of such.

4 emails sent. The only response from the office was to confirm my address and then nothing. I have faxed the office on the number provided and was unable to contact them that way either. Phones ring out. If only I could contact an elected official to talk about this with.

The COVID-19 supplement needs to be extended to DSP recipients and the rate of Jobseeker needs to remain permanent to keep people above the poverty line. Act on this urgently.

I regularly contacted and visited Stuart Robert MP's electoral office since 2010. I received my first two-word response to an email three years later and finally a proper letter in 2016. I went to his events and nominated for his awards but was not chosen. I phoned his Canberra parliamentary office but was told to never call that number again even though I am a constituent. I had a constituent meeting with him once and invited him to a local event in 2016 but he declined and later would not accept my follow up meeting request because he thought there was nothing we could add. I asked him for a letter of support but he never provided one. I later asked for some community printing as he advertised on his brochures, but was refused because he didn't want to step on anyone's toes. He does not seem to like engaging with the community or doing anything beyond following the party line. It doesn't make any difference how many times you contact him, it's just a waste of time.

Don't ever bother emailing this guy. You will NEVER get a reply. I've tried over a dozen times. Although we pay him to represent us, he doesn't seem interested.

Stuart didn't have the decency to reply to my emails. Very disappointing. Looking at the other feedback, it seems like it's a common trait. Thumbs down.
