Constantly waiting over a month for an order, which would be ok if you are notified. But to be told numerous times that they have been dispatched but have never left the warehouse
where possible this company should be avoided with their terrible customer service and poor management there are many other companies that do exactly same and much better these guys just Google to make sure they are on the top do your research before you use them and avoid at all costs
Beware! I purchase a printer from this company. I was compeletly left in the dark. No support at all. When I did get a tehcnician to come assist me finially, he had no idea what he was doing. They then sent me labels I never purchased. Highly unethical company. They havn't provided any evidence that I purchased their labels. Further, they are extremely unorganised. They don't really have the ability to service their customers properly. A trulely ridiculous company on every level. If labels are critical to your business, do not use this company ! They will not support you, and they have no idea what's going on.
Great company to work with. Great Staff and after sales follow up. Quick to respond to your questions quick with supply of products. We are sticking with them
