Only scored one star to register my complaint - would have preferred to give NEGATIVE STARS!! We never even got to the point of Kyogle Removals actually moving us. Were in the process of organising a quote - initially told that could be done for an extra cost, then told on a seperate phone call that they don't. I was advising of our previous moves and what the removalist advised was the size and the person advised they don't care about where I moved before. In the end they advised they had been doing this business for 40 years and if I wished to use another service I was welcome to do that. It seems in the 40 years of business they haven't learn basic common courtesy or consideration. Absolutely rude and he hung up on me!!
