I have a couple of handmade Persian silk rug and hall runner which I have had for more than 15 years. One of my friends suggested me to use rug cleaninng sydney have them washed. Great hand cleaning of two rugs, but terrible service. When it came time to pay, the price we had agreed wew increased citing a longer rug than they realised. There was plenty of opportunity to let me know in the two weeks before, but no effort was made. Very disappointing!
