Great walking tracks. Great scenery. Great number of shops selling local produce and products although too many other shops selling cheap junky non Australian goods. Very good restaurants especially the frog restaurant. Great curry. The wildlife joins you to carry out scrap patrol.

Beautiful spot. A few enclosures with some very sweet Koalas and an open garden where you can feed free roaming kangaroos and wallabies. The crocodile pond was impressive too, allowing you to get quite close. Some snakes and other reptiles can also been seen around the place. A must do if you are in Kuranda.

We had a great time here. Excellent for young children, the workers walking around the park were friendly, good selection of friendly animals and well priced.

The wife was very happy cuddling the Koala there. Had her picture taken and then sent it out on Facebook to all her friends. Very friendly staff, and a good price to I thought.

Had a delightful visit here - well laid-out, well-run. The animals could be experienced up close and were loads of fun. Particularly the Macaw parrot!

Nice and quiet as the Koala slept while the 'room were active with the feeding from your hand, grandchildren loved it.

I loved going to the Koala Gardens and the Bird Sanctuary. I got to hold a Koala, his name was Charlie and he was so fluffy, it felt like I was holding a teddy bear. I loved seeing the Quokka, they were so cute. Feeding the walliby was so cute. Seeing the birds was nice as well, one landed on my bag, which was cool. Overall the Sanctuary is small but good for quick viewing and getting your photo taken with a Koala or snake.the staff were friendly and welcoming.
