We have just had an Ozzi Kleen system installed (septic conversion). Highly recommend this company! Marc and the team are very efficient and easy to communicate with. The new system runs beautifully, and the installation was professional. I'm enjoying all the extra water on our garden now. The placement of the tank is perfect, and the team worked together to provide us with a great outcome!
All the Ozzi Kleen team were so professional and the guys that came out for plumbing, excavation and electrical did a great job. Fantastic team. They were very thorough in explaining the treatment plant and how it worked. No issues with the system.
We have had our OzzieKleen system for 5 years now and it has been operating very well Recently we had to call out your serviceman Brendan Rofe from BR Wastewater The seam on the sock filter had split and the alarm system was activated Brendan had to travel about 90 kilometres to our home to attend to the repairs He could not have been more helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with him Thanks Peter and Marilyn Roberts
Sue Kelly was very helpful throughout the process keeping us updated and informed on the progress of the installation. ozzie kleen is the worst designed septic filtration system ever devised. it is problematic, prone to breakdowns or blockages and requires expensive and regular servicing just to maintain its basic function. parts are expensive, not readily available and fail regularly. the system is sensitive and prone to producing a vile stench when anything even remotely minor doesn't operate perfectly, which is a regular occurrence. i would urge any potential buyers of this product to consider absolutely anything else available first.
