Do yourself a favour and buy your blinds and curtains from somewhere else. They make their blinds in China and ship them here. There are huge delays as a result, they don't tell you this at the beginning. They never answer your calls when you try to follow them up. They then make a booking and then don't show up. The installer advised that they book in too many jobs and he can't finish it and thats why he needs to cancel the job. It has been excuses after excuses. Do not recommend these people.

I rarely post negative reviews, but this company infuriates me so much that I'll make an exception. The blinds were ordered in October 2020 and the installer finally came in February 2021 after already flaking out on a previous appointment. He only finished part of the job and said he'd come back to finish the rest "later". Not sure when that will be as no one ever picks up the phone even though I've tried calling them up to 50 times a day. Even one star is too generous for these guys. Take your business elsewhere.

Paid a 50% deposit for 1 curtain and was told 6-8 weeks, it has now been 12 weeks and we are still waiting... Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else unless you want to wait 3 months or more.

Had been waiting for my blinds to be repaired for 6 months. Couldn’t get through to them after calling them numerous times. Don’t expect them to take responsibility for their mistakes. Thanks to their new staff Carol that gave us our blinds back. Hopefully they all learn from her and start doing what they’re being paid for.

Mary came to take measurements (incorrect) at the beginning of December 2019. We still haven't got all of our panels installed and is now March 2020. She took the wrong measurements of few of the doors and windows which is very embarrassing. Never even called to apologise or speed up the process. I have been dealing with Carol from customer service who said that she ordered the correct panels at end of January 2020 and they were meant to be installed mid Feb 2020. After that apparently Carol resigned and they haven't allocated a new person to replace Carol and deal with customers. I called the office and insisted to deal with a manager, they transferred me to Danny who is now telling me that the panels will arrive by early April 2020. It will take 5 moths (if we are lucky) for us to have all panels and roller blinds installed. It took 8 months for our house to be built, just as comparison. I am very disappointed of the customer service, quality of product and lies I have heard over the past 5 months from Kresta. - Incorrect Measurements!!!! - 5 month waiting and counting!!! - Poor quality on panels installed!!! - Incorrect Installation!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!

If we could give them a 000 rating we would ! Terrible customer service or no wait NO customer service, product is average, payment upfront. We were made to wait 10 months for a couple of items that were very basic - The only positive is the installers who you have to feel sorry for Kresta what an absolute joke !

Unfortunatley I have come to the point where I need to publicly complain about this company. Initial installation 4/10/19, 2 failed attempts at repair and still waiting today for a resolution. Terrible customer service from the moment they received booking payment. Customer care rep stepped in just before Christmas, was enthusiastic in gaining resolution initially, now contact has all but disappeared. Have lodged complaint with Fair Trading. Would not recommend.
