The salesman recommended the more expensive and higher quality roller blinds, but I never saw that. After I was told they are so easy to clean only with baby wipes I went for them. It was all a scam, they don’t get cleaned and when I called them for help, they charged me 85 service fee and 2 men came out and told me they can’t get it out. I feel so cheated as I paid a lot for them and nothing can be done in terms of cleaning them. Very disappointed that not only was I told they were easy to clean, but also the service was appalling!

Ordered curtains on the premise that they would be installed in 6-8 weeks, given that we currently have no curtains in our home. 8 weeks passed and i had heard NOTHING from Kresta. I called multiple times following and was promised installation would be before Christmas (10 weeks). Then was called and told installation wouldn’t be until January 7 (12 weeks). The customer service from Kresta is next to none, they were less than apologetic for the delays and were totally unwilling to come up with any kind of solution. They are happy to take your money and tell you what you want to hear when ordering but that’s about it. Go elsewhere for curtains and blinds.

I can't fault the sales, installation or the product quality. However, there was zero customer service. I had to chase the expected delivery date and installation date. A huge concern is full payment before you can get a date for installation. Read the fine print, lesson learnt!!

Service was good.Blinds are imported from china witch I don't have a problem with but they are permanently creased .especially when the light is on them.They say the creases will drop out after 6 weeks but they dont. Would not buy from kresta again.

I'm so impressed by the service I received today from Gaby. She was super friendly and such a huge help with the choices I made. Who knew picking blinds could be such a great experience. I was also so happy that Biggera Waters was able to book me in within 24 hours while I had limited access to my build.

We purchased roller blinds from Kresta Biggera Waters in November and we were promised an Install by Christmas. After not hearing anything from Kresta I chased them up for an install date the week before Christmas, only to be told that the blinds would not be installed until after Christmas. I was advised at Biggera Waters showroom that we would be compensated for the inconvenience, however the only contact I had from Kresta was to pay the final amount to confirm the install. When the blinds were finally installed on the 28th December the fitter advised one blind was too small and therefore another blind had to be remade. It is not the 31st December and after not hearing from Kresta I contacted them today to see what the update was and apparently I now need to wait another 2-4 weeks for another blind to be made and an install date. I must say the customer service has been very poor and I would definitely not recommend anyone going through Kresta.
