What kind of store has a line of 6 people at the checkout but one employee working at the register? I was in line to purchase a card for 5 minuets but stuck ahead of 4 or 5 other people ahead of me and there was only 1 employee working on the register. Wasn't until 3 minuets later someone else came up the front and opened up the register. I got a card, the girl scans it and says "2 dollar" I pay and she slaps the card back down on the counter and slides / Pushes it towards me with the receipt on top. Wasn't given a bag either and had to ask for one. Do you really think someone wants to carry a card throughout the mall without it being in a bag. I believe I've had better luck at other Dollar king stores in the Hunter Valley area and as such won't be returning to this one.

Hello management of Dollar King Westfield Kotara, i’m Aimee Stromeier, We sometimes come in here and buy cards if we need one immediately and otherwise really just to look around they have some great items in this shop for good prices , Yes the service counter could be extended so other staff can be serving at the same time in busy periods , otherwise no trouble with this shop .
