Both gentlemen did not pressure us at the auction and gave us the space we needed, they kept us well informed prior to the auction and kept up their great service after we were the successful bidders. I requested to rent a property with them and I paid for deposit and bond. I hadn’t signed anything and my mum the next day felt like she didn’t want to move. I was very lucky to get my bond back from RBO but they kept a whole weeks rent “because they had taken the property out of the market”. For 24 hours. Completely ridiculous when someone hasn’t signed A single piece of paper to have their money taken for no reason. Would recommend the agency at all.And let me note that the property was on the market for quite a long time and with no one showing interest for at least the last one and a half months
