Felt the walkie machine we had hired over a year or two had outlived its purpose so we aked Tony for the option to upgrade to a new ride on machine ..Obvusly he was either not in a position or willing to upgrade to a new machine..When the machine went back suddnely we were issued with a damage bill for something that I am sure the service guys would have picked up over the regular sevices we had over the time ...A bully & opportunist....

The absolute worst forklift mob in the industry don't work for them,from my PERSONAL experiance they WILL try to RIP you when you leave They will ask you to work for no overtime There is little to no WHS There is little to no management ethics There is little to no specialist tooling There is little to no PPE There is little to no job satisfaction Every employee under management trys hard but eventually give up and leave !!! If you feel any of this is slander ,I'm happy to see you in court with previous employees and former customers as character and eye witnesses to all of the above , and more .
Overcharged and didn't complete work they were asked to do in advance of them coming out. We advised charging system on electric fork needed to be checked before they came out. Mechanic claims he didn't have equipment to test and would talk to his boss and have to come back out again. No response after trying to contact and follow up with the boss, until I wrote this review. Charged 150 another 95.00 in labor for a job that took him 45 minutes in total, they didn't check the charger that they replaced and installed a few years back and which now seems to be faulty.
