I am giving four stars because wigs online customer service is fantastic. Very attentive and very kind, not a bad thing to say about this business. This negative side of the review does not reflect the wigs online business but the wig I received from their supplier through them. I don't know where else to write the review and I am very upset. I just purchased a topper for my hair easi part XL 18inch as previously purchased few years ago. I am so disappointed as the hair is incredibly thin hardly covers the back of my head. Everytime I look at and think of how much I paid I just want to cry. I let wigs online know even though it's not their fault. They were very kind and even offered solutions to help, suggested bigger sized toppers but they were 2000plus. I just can't afford it. They even offered a full refund, I had a look everywhere, everyone supplies the same brand, so same issue perhaps plus I am so desperate and need something asap. My suggestion is don't leave your purchases until last minute and then you desperately need something so you have to accept anything. Xx

Absolutely fantastic experience. The nicest people you’ll ever meet, so helpful and kind and patient when choosing a wig. I was there for 1.5 hrs at their store trying on wigs and nothing was too much to help me. I walked out with the perfect wig, fantastic quality and I couldn’t be happier. make an appointment, you won’t regret it. Or you can order online.

I've been dealing with Wigs Online Vermont for quite some years, am a full time wig wearer and a frequent buyer. I've had nothing but great service from Tony, Karen and the team. They bend over backwards to help you out. The product range is fantastic, and I always have a great time in the showroom, like a kid in a toy shop! Visited this shop with my mum who is currently undergoing chemo treatment. The lady who helped was fantastic ( Karen) top customer service very helpful and patient and didn’t rush us. We have experienced very poor service in other wig stores, but wigsonline is top for quality customer service. Will be back
