If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute disgrace. Called them for an emergency and they didn't do anything. Instead of helping my friend & I in distress, they made us cry and informed us that "it's not the police's job" to help us. Could've at least referred us to someone who could help. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I went to Knox police station to certify multiple documents and senior constable on duty was extremely helpful and patient. Very grateful for the service provided.
Is a police station they do what they do and are friendly if your on the right side of the law, and if your not well I don't know or care what they do.
Long waiting times, with no consideration about other people's time. I had waited for more 45 mins and I had seen at least 4 staff member walk past me with no sense of acknowledgement. I understand you have a job to do but I would appreciate some information saying that "you are busy" right now and to come back later.
Got some documents certified without any issues.
