I'm yet to try out any of the pools or spa but had a go at the gym and loved it. Good range of equipment from free-weights and bands to exercise machines.

Attended with my partner, our two year old and baby. We paid entry and got changed and ready for the kids pool, only to be told it had reached capacity and we had to go to the warm water pool which people use for therapy; no jumping and splashing etc. I understand the need for restrictions, but surely this is something that could have been communicated with the front desk staff so we could of had the option to try another facility instead of being charged entry and then disturbing the peace of the warm water patrons. My partner has chronic back issues and he found it very difficult to carry our 17kg child because the water was too deep for him to stand on his own.

Love the place. Grew up swimming with the swimming club even went to state. Just have a few complaints nothing huge. The shower are basically always cold and have to push a button every 10 to 15 seconds to keep it flowing. And there is no grout holding the tiles together in the hot water pool.

I use the spa the therapy pool and the gym and have never had a issue with any of the facilities or staff, the new upgraded showers and change rooms are lovely! So far no bad news to report. My go to place

Was pretty good but service level going down hill since ownership changed over year ago. Equipments are aging and need upgrade.. Very hard to cancel swimming membership which requested from 18/11/2020 and still charging on my credit card in Jan2021.

Maybe tell staff to listen when questions are asked over the phone. Asked about the spa being open and was told it was. Only to find out after a 45 min drive that it was NOT opened.. very disappointed in that..

Pool is fun, kids love it when it's open. Must be the only pool that is shut on a Sunday afternoon in summer in the whole of Australia!

Don't join up for a membership because if you get injured and can't physically keep going then they will still charge you for a month if you cancel. The gym part is overpriced and costs more than other places that have much larger facilities.
