Bought my X-Trail for the purpose of a family car with room. Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Was promised my car by certain date and kept inform the entire time. Couldn’t fault the service! Returned for my yearly service and the girls at the service desk were fantastic. Having a young bub, they did their best to work around my crazy schedule and make me feel comfortable while I chose to wait for car to be serviced. If you are looking for staff who actually care about their customers, don’t go past Kloster Nissan!

Based out of Sydney, purchased a Suzuki Ignis online, on behalf of my elderly parents. Staff,particularly Dom, were great to deal with. Very Responsive, great follow up and delivered the vehicle to Hornsby. We noticed a small scratch on the car and the dealership were quick to arrange & pay a repair in Sydney for us. A pleasure to deal with. Will be a returning customer!

Only wish i could click no star. After being told by the General Manager today that i am not to bring my car back for scheduled services, i would never recommend buying a car here. My car was in getting a issue fixed again and still is not fixed, while it was there for 8 business days i enquired about a nudge bar quotation and some specifications which no one knew the answers to. Collected my car last week and immediately got text to come back to pay for nudge bar. Was news to me. Had to physically check my car as i never authorised it and definitely wasn't expecting it to be on my car. Now these people wanted me to pay for it. A none authorised part fitted..... was tgen told they are writing it off but don't bring my car back. Living in Maitland i would of had nissan here service it but they offered me an 3 year extension of my 3 year warranty if they did it. Made sense to me. Hopefully people do not get fooled like i almost did.
