Our new Pajero had its 1500 service today... Bought this car through the Kloster Group.... First Service Today at Kloster Mitso Service... Thanks Josh... extremely helpful..... and had a great Breakfast at the small Bistro come restaurant INSIDE the Kloster Ford servicing Dept... !!! all round a 10/10 experience... Cant help but be impressed at everything weve had to do with Kloster's Group....Love that Car!

Rang up this afternoon for my third attempt to get a drive belt tensioner fixed after their previous efforts failed. After 1 hour on hold I finally made it to number 1 in the queue. Someone simply hung up on me at 5pm...I'm assuming it was knock off time, and their 1 minute to book me in was more important than my 1 hour of waiting. No clue about customer service. After this post I was quickly contacted by the manager seeking my mobile number so the service department could call me in the morning. I provided it straight away thinking it'd be great not be on hold for an hour once again. Another day has passed and noone called. Hard to recommend purchasing a vehicle, or getting a service at this business, when even escalated issues are ignored.

Have had a warranty claim over a faulty break line and have been treated very poorly. All over a lousy 550. Was keen to purchase two Mitsubishi's this year but no way now. Will be looking at alternative manufacturers for sure and certain. Can't believe the arrogance.
