Pretty disappointed to get these thighs home and to unwrap them and see how much work and food handling I'll have to do to properly trim these thighs. They're displayed so that they look all nicely skinned and trimmed but not what you get when they're opened and ready to prepare. At 22.50kg I'd have expected a bit better.
