Keven from KJ Pianos came to tune our Kawai piano as it was included for free when we purchased it from Carlingford Music Centre. He was responsive, punctual and professional. As this is the first piano I have owned, Keven gave me some excellent advice on how to care for the piano (e.g. getting a little humidity reader, cleaning the instrument, etc) that exceeded my expectations of a piano tuning service. He did an excellent job with the tuning and we won't hesitate to recommend him to others. We will be booking our next tuning with KJ Pianos.

Keven is very professional and offered exceptional service when tuning and servicing my 25 year old Kawai upright piano. He completed the tuning service and repair of the piano with utmost care. It was an absolute joy to watch him work his magic, his years of experience speaks for itself! After completion of tuning, i was in complete awe when Keven played a beautiful piece, the pitch and tone of the instrument was perfect. Please accept my deepest thanks and appreciation.
