Service was friendly but there was a scratch on my 10 ounce scottsdale silver bar, the lady said its normal because they dont pack it properly from the US. Not sure that sounds right but seems quite unprofessional.

Charging crazy high 10,000 premiums on 1 ounce rhodium bars during 2020 and also giving very low ball buy back offers on rhodium bars at the same time over 6000 below its spot price! Ended up going to other vendors with better prices. IN YOU DREAMS I WILL ALLOW MYSELF TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE THAT! One word: Disappointed.
Great service, was a few hold ups due to Covid but Stephanie and Jurt were brilliant. I live in the UK and they are based in Sydeny but I had no issues. Even months later when I have questions they are quick to respond. Brilliant and my go to Gold dealer!
