****BAD BAD NEWS - STEER WELL CLEAR**** The rating, or lack thereof speaks for itself. Wont let me select no stars, HENCE it is only 1 star This agency should not be allowed to operate, but it is in QLD and they do things differently there. Suzy Clark is one nasty individual to deal with, she blatantly lies to make her case. The state of the property was disgusting, have photos to prove from the new agent who took over and got the place rented within a couple of weeks. Rental Managers claim it couldn't be rented because of the rental price being asked, {which was lowered after I enquired why the place wasnt renting}, it was because the managing agent didn't do the proper exit inspection - no one would want to rent let alone live in a place presented like that, well maybe except for Suzy. They claim they had it professionally cleaned, so bad was that job we had to employ another cleaner to have to place cleaned over again. Reported to Office of Fair Trading with no result - Rental Managers denied everything, which meant had to pursue via Court of Tribunal. As if she hasn't cost us enough losses through a vacant property for 3 months whilst she was off trekking in China. AVOID AT ALL COSTS -
Lived in a Rental under the management of the Kirwan office for 2 and a half years and they were always kind and professional, prompt repairs and any other needs outsides of my responsibility as a tenant. Thanks again and hope the next lot in our old place don't cause troubles.

I cannot praise Suzy, Naomi and the Team enough. No matter what my concern is it is always dealt with quickly and professionally. I'd like everyone to know that if you are a tenant or even a landlord please don't go past this company, there are some bad reviews but truthfully I have had a great time renting through these girls. My family and I have had a tough year and if you want a property manager that had a heart but know's her stuff and is willing to go an extra mile for you Belinda Killick is that girl. We all know that property managers can be hard and uncaring however this girl was more that we could have asked for when having to move towns some months ago. Not only was the time renting through her smooth and helpful, she listened and was human. Owners and tenants should be proud to have Belinda as their property manager and The Rental Managers are lucky, all the girls there are great. It is easy to hate if you do the wrong thing while renting but there is not enough positives, so go girls.
