Staff were lovely and helped with a smile. Store has a great range of products and brands. The ability to click and collect is really handy and makes shopping really easy. I love being able to take my dog for a walk through the shop (he loves it too). A great place to shop with people who know what they're talking about, who have a genuine passion for pets.

Kindest staff that always help me find the best for our fur babies. They not only remember our pets but ask how they are every time we go. Adopted my kitten from their rescue programme with the RSPCA and take my husky there often for grooming.
