After much difficulty getting a repairman out over Xmas, Mazlin Electrical were prompt and helpful. Clayton was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Had a look at what was required. Delivered on his promise of being back within a couple of hours with the relevant part and had the repair completed super quick. Clayton is certainly an asset to your organisation!

Don't go here. Fridge broke three times in three months. They refuse to give me refund and have said to me that they don't pick up broken fridges. Go somewhere else. Definitely came and fixed it twice. Now need to come and fix it a third time. I've lost all my food in the fridge and the guy I spoke to on the phone wasn't interested. To not have the correct records to show this. Shows a poor business management They came on the 16th June the first time and then again 4 weeks later. Why would I lie. All I wanted was a fridge that worked. Since it broke a third time, I've gone out and bought a new fringe and asked to just take this one away and give me a refund for fridge and not to worry about the 100s of dollars of food I've lost. And again there not interested.

2 young man were very punctual and great service. Fixed my air con quickly and cleaned up after them selves even though i offered to do it. Very polite and informed me of all the information I needed. Highly recommend this business.

After moving into our new house our fridge compartment wasn't cooling, had a bloke from mazlin who came out and fixed the fridge, it cooled for weak and then stopped again, (no fault of theirs) i rang him back one afternoon and he came back out the very next morning and fixed the second fault at a very fair price, the fridge now has been working flawlessly and the error codes that were showing are gone. Very reliable, punctual fair and friendly local business highly recommend.

Never buy a fridge from this mob. Sold me a fridge with non plumbed water and ice, which was the main thing I wanted, told me it was in perfect working order. Got it home to find water and ice function did not work. Spoke to Steve who fobbed me off and said he would get back to me... I waited and waited 2 weeks then I called again. Because they did not deliver the fridge it was a big deal for him to send someone out to fix the dodgy fridge I had just paid 900 for. Eventually sent someone up who looked at it, 2 more weeks and I'm chasing it up again, sent someone out to fix it, it worked for a few days, then no more. Then yes then no. Would work for a few days then stop then start. Obviously a bigger issue. Spoke to Steve again and was told I would have to pay to have someone look at the dodgy fridge he had sold me. Then was told he could resell my fridge for 600 with no working water feature. I said he should refund me the 300 difference and I would have it fixed myself. He approved the refund of 300 which I only got 240 of after chasing it up for over a month. When I questioned the refund and said it was not what we agreed on I was told that was all I was getting. I said I Would take it to the ACCC which he replied you won't bother with that for 60.00 I lost my home and everything I own to the floods and this fridge was a replacement for my lost fridge. The whole experience with Steve and this company has been nothing but a disappointment. I purchased this fridge in September last year. My part refund was made in Jan this year... Just a joke..
