One day I went to this Japanese shop and the lady gave me good recommendations for my party platter. I believe the customer service is at a good standard and the food is especially nice. The couple are very hard working and give customer efficient customer service.

An old guy in the restaurant was preparing my rolls with one hand in a glove and another without a glove and in half a minute I saw him opening drawers with bare hand. I have been thinking that Japanese people are the most accurate people in the world. I guess there unpleasant exceptions. Lost 12 dollars, will never go there again.
Food is nice but the couple in the shop is very rude. They always look angry. Maybe the lady does not speak well English but she is always looking angry and treating customers in a bad way. Never said thank you or just a smile..I'm surprise that the shop still open with no many happy customers. What is wrong with these people?. I know lots of Japanese people and not a single one of them are like these couple in that sushi shop. I love Japanese culture and food and is sad to see people like these couple are not the positive ambassadors for the Japanese culture....

The single most worst customer service from anyone I have ever seen or heard anywhere in the world. Members of my party just left within 30 seconds on entering and hearing this lady talk to customers. To the chef, I guess that lady is your wife and you can't fire her, I saw the pain in your eyes when she started berating me for trying to do a simple order and you came over to help. It doesn't matter how good your food might be, you don't talk down or scoff to anyone, let alone customers. If she doesn't like working there get her out to do something else or not customer facing, you are never going to be able to get or afford a new staff member because customers will never come back and actively tell their friends to stay away. I hate leaving these comments, hopefully you can do something about it.
This would be the worse customer service I have ever experienced and we had to walk to return the food. The food was NOT fresh and ramen is pkt broth. We ordered Pork Ramen and Karage Don and it could not be eaten.
Pretty average Ramen, and table service was effectively nil (no water or napkins) but fairly priced.
