From start to finish, the process was easy and I was happy with the quality of the work. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants good, quality swimming pool balustrades. Communication was topnotch, and we know exactly what was happening and when. The price did not change and, in fact, they saved us money by offering options that saved us money while keeping the high quality we wanted. The JS Balustrading team were incredibly responsive, helpful and swift in their delivery and installation of our frameless glass pool fence with stainless steel posts and gate. Their product is very sturdy and extremely low maintenance. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, organized, and efficient. He was good at explaining things and was honest in giving us their opinion. We are incredibly satisfied with the end product and the professionalism exhibited by JS Balustrading and the team. Very attentive, they understood what we wanted and very neat and professional. We will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone. I definitely recommend JS Balustrading for any one looking for a great quality glass pool fences.
They are very professional and easy to work with. They were able to give us a very competitive quote. These guys are the best in Sydney NSW. Like family. Impossible to find a team like this in Sydney. I am so thankful that they were willing to come out to us from Kirrawee NSW 2232 to make a custom glass stair railing for me. It came out so nice and I still take the time to just stare at it because I like it so much. We purchased a floating staircase from JS Balustrading and Stairs located in Kirrawee NSW to compliment and increase the value of our home. The JS Balustrading and Stairs 's customer service is absolutely fantastic. I worked with Josh and he helped me with this staircase project from start to finish. I had a ton of questions along the way, and even during the stair installation process he was always available to make sure things were going correctly. Our stairs are now complete. They are beautiful. It took less than 1 month to complete the staircase. It took exactly the amount of time Josh and his team outlined. We agonized over buying a floating staircase. I scoured Pinterest Australia and Houzz in Sydney for every floating stairs I could find. It is not something you can easily view in a show room unless you live close to a manufacturer. It was a big purchase to make by looking at a picture. We booked an appointment at their Waratah St, Kirrawee NSW 2232 factory and they guided us through the stair design process. I am pleased to say they are spacious, sturdy and aesthetically appealing. We use them every day! We find our self's running our hands along our custom steel staircases almost daily, appreciating the beautiful craftsmanship that Josh and his crew accomplished in 4 days. The team worked hard and long hours. It was very exciting watching them make the spiral staircase in front of our house in Sydney's South. After a number of estimates from staircase & balustrade contractors in Sydney we had the good fortune to find and meet JS Balustrading. We could not have been happier with the project. Josh and team were very professional, they kept the house clean, showed up early and finished the metal staircase as promised. Premium quality materials were used. No problems what so ever during the time they were doing the job. The attention to detail is incredible perfect corners; razor edge painting involving painted spindles versus stained handrails and steps solid craftsmanship! The quoting process was easy with an initial house visit, followed by a second visit. Highly recommended.
