The Bob & Ben team arrived promptly on the day assigned for the work to be completed. They were easy to work with, communicated well and dispelled any concerns we had. They were all very professional and Chris the guy who was up in the tree was incredibly agile and detailed in his approach to the job and especially clearing all the deadwood. Finally they left the site clean and tidy with the garden unscathed. This is not the first time we have used this team and will not be the last. I highly recommend the Bob and Ben team.

These guys are pure professionals and a pleasure to deal with! They came out promptly to provide a quote and advice, booked us in a few weeks later and arrived on the day exactly on time. The actual job was done quickly and professionally and they cleaned up the site afterwards. Highly recommended and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!
I used Bob and Ben the Tree Men to remove a large gum tree from our property. The team were excellent, professional, safe, efficient and on time. They left the area cleaner than it was prior to them starting the removal! They even pruned a close by tree at no extra charge. From meeting Dave for the quote to completion of the job, they were a pleasure to deal with. I cant recommend them enough and I will be using them in the future for any work of the nature again. They were also actually the cheapest from the 3 quotes I received too! 10 out of 10!
Recently used these guys and cannot fault them. They were patient when I changed my mind, turned up on time, were very polite to me and my neighbour. They were super efficient, tidied up before they left and were extremely considerate of my belongings and everything was put back where they found it. Thank you so much, the end result looks better than I expected. I would definitely recommend using these guys to anyone.
Terry and the boys arrived about 10min early to set up and greeted with a hello. Once they set up all their safety gear, they got straight into the job to remove two yakkas and were finished in about half an hour. They were very professional and cleaned up the area after finishing. Would recommend using again.
For many years I have been using Bob and Ben for the trimming, pruning and removal of sum 50 palms that line our building's rear garden. On every occasion they have done a fantastic job, they most obliging, they don't stop until the work is completed, and the surrounding area is cleaned. If you are looking, I can't recommend them highly enough.
