DO NOT TAKE YOUE CHILD HERE IF THEY ARE ADVANCED!! My daughter went to 2 lessons and the classes were not challenging enough for her. I asked the manager if she could be moved up to the next level and they said no because she has to be able to stand alone, I said yes she can do that, then they still said no because she is not 2.5 years old, and they are categorised by age! So sad to see a swim school hold advanced children back just because they don’t fit their general categorisation.

My daughter visited this centre for about one and half year. Last Saturday when we came to KingSwim the lesson was cancelled, because they had put too much chlorine to water. It is very good that they check chemical levels. What wasn't good, that they refused to set up a make up lesson at a convenient time and they refused to refund money. I found this pretty odd. Probably manager wasn't in a good mood. However, we had to cancel our membership at this school forever. Awful service, rude manager. Weird policy.

Son started here at 4yo with basically no training and straight into the independent pool and loves it. He's learning fast even with the lockdown break we had to take from Corona 19

My daughter learned absolutely nothing in the toddlers transition class. Dont waste your money. We were told she could move up to the Independent class. She was doing really well on her first lesson with me in the pool (not interacting) but I was told to hop out. She immediately started crying and did not want to continue. I am very disappointed that they couldn't be more accommodating.

Outstanding swim school. Only have amazing things to say about the warm, attentive and nurturing staff. My son’s swimming ability has developed in leaps and bounds since attending.
