Lots of enthusiastic children learning a great sport. Sometimes the indoor temperature is hard to bear for parents and carers. Parking is a nightmare.

Happily took direct debit when opening after COVID, only to cancel with no warning or communication, then be advised several times they had communicated certain things when they hadn't. Despite not providing services paid for, refusing to refund fees paid. Won't ever use again, will look for a provide who actually has decent customer service.

We have a couple of children learning at Kings, on the whole the staff are super friendly and the kids love it. Class numbers are usually a good size, with a handful per teacher. Would definitely recommend. Being warm and inside in the middle of winter helps too!

Pros: helps you learn to swim. Clean pool. Good value. Good instructors Cons: I can't seem to move from the long waiting list to actual lessons.
