We dealt with Delta Settlements twice while settling the purchase of our new house and whilst selling the old house. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond their duties by providing title search and other important documents without any charge. The purchase didn't go ahead due to other circumstances. However, my wife an I are very grateful for a timely and professional service provided.

Sharon did not keep people informed and completely forgot a crucial part of the settlement, only realising on the day settlement was due. This has caused an open ended settlement date so far into week three which may cause the loss of the purchase of the house. This delay could have been completely avoided if she had remembered to do one thing prior to settlement which she knew about 4 weeks before settlement. No acknowledgement or apology from her at all. Complete waste of time and patience. The manager, Julie only became involved when we contacted her directly. She was extremely apologetic and got things in motion which we were grateful for, but it has been too little too late. Will never use again. Very stressful and upsetting experience.If you do go with them ask for Julie only.
