I know Dr Regina for 23 years, very professional , she still my GP. Also Dr Munz now she retired and the new Dr. All of them are amazing , what i like is that they share the work when one of them is away so you will always be looked after . To me is very important and i was never dismissed. When i had my knee surgery Dr. Munz looked after me because Dr Regina was away, that made me feel safe because all my record was there.

Dr Katrin Munz very unprofessional and uninterested in us. She told me that she would call or email me when the test result is ready. She didn't contact me for 2 weeks. When I contacted her, she said the test result came long time ago and didn't bother to inform me. After the problem re occurred, she told me to take the medicine I told before 'again' although the medicine instruction specifically says not to take medicine twice.

I’ve been patient of Dr. Regina Skvirsky for over 20years. Regina has always gone out of her in cases of emergency in the best way possible. Even today when I managed to brake my collarbone and got brushed off by public hospital, Dr. Skvirsky found a private surgeon and arranged an appointment for me in matter of minutes. Within 24 hours I’ve was fixed. I can’t even emagine what I would do without Regina! Thank you sooo much for care and diligence!

Dr Katrin Munz, MBBS Very patronising, unprofessional and antiquated doctor. I was spoken to like I was a 9 year old Autistic child. When I tried to leave she stopped me. Doctors need to give a 15 minute consult to get their fee so she kept me there talking rubbish to make up the time. Maybe because this practice deals mostly with non English speaking clients, when a native English speaker comes in their levels of communication fails them. If you need medical skillful and smart advice and actual medicine. DONT SEE HER.

The service is really amazing. Dr Ignacio is one of the rare remaining doctors who really cares for patients before profit. With mental health issues things are tough and his help has been something that has made such a difficult thing easier to cope with.

I went to see Dr Ignacio. He was very thorough during the checkup and answered all of my queries with a lot of detail. It gets pretty busy here, so do make sure you make an appointment.
