This has been hands down the worst tax experience I have had the mis pleasure of dealing with. Simon has single handedly stolen hours of my time and been unable to submit an urgent tax return in the covid pandemic. He has no attention to detail, does not respond to phone calls or emails and I had to personally stand next to him to get any progress on my return done (mind you - 15 days post my payment and submission it is still incomplete on his end) It would have saved me so much stress doing it myself. Never again Do not go here

New to Sydney so when tax back time came I had no idea where to go or who to see.Randomly a t.v commercial came up and I took it as a sign to go see H&R Block.Easy to find in Kings Cross station, if you have a brain.I was well greeted and served by Nitin Jain, who actually squeezed me in while he was waiting for the next appointment.He didn't even let me know he was fitting me in which even added to the service as I did not at any time feel rushed or an inconvenience.He was extremely thorough.He asked if I had given him all my information which I said I had but in actuality I hadn't so this would have had an effect on my out come.So great job Nitin and thanks for getting me a great tax back. Definitely recommend this place, no bells and whistles just getting the job done.P.S this review is a month or so late, apology.
