Useless customer service can't take simple instructions.
We have received hundreds of deliveries through Kingaroy Freight over the past 10 years. Service is always excellent.
We are extremely disappointed with the service, or lack there of from such a reputable company in such a small town. We recently purchased tiles for our renovations and they were delivered to Kingaroy Freight. I received a phone call from Brooke to let me know that 2 pallets were there for collection. We were told by the tile company that Kingaroy Freight would give us a hand to get them out to us (10 minutes from town) and were told that we would need to collect them, that they would not deliver. I told Brooke that I was more than willing to pay the fee for delivery. Brooke then told me I should bring my trailer in, which I would have been happy to do if there was a way to get them off at the other end, 2.5 tonne of tiles is a little heavy for a trailer!! I then had to source another company to pick them up from Kingaroy Freight and bring them out here. I can’t emphasise enough our disappointment!!
