We picked up hubby's car about 7 weeks ago. We cannot recommend Kilmore Toyota highly enough. Abby and Adam showed us exceptional service from our first visit when we started looking right up to when we picked it up. The service team are also great to deal with.
I went there a while ago now with my 2010 Camry luxury Hybrid which I bought new from City Toyota to trade up to a 2014 Hilux. My Hybrid was fully serviced by Toyota with all books up to date and 160,000 on the clock. The most they would give me for the trade was 7,500 and l wanted 10,000. The Hilux I was interested in was priced at 43,000 and I was prepared to pay the remainder in cash if they gave me the 10,000 for my trade in. They wouldn't budge so I went to Neil Beer in Seymour the next day and bought a VF SSV Redline sedan. They gave me 9,000 as a trade and I had an extended 10 year warranty on the SS. What I couldn't comprehend was how Toyota could miss out on a sale with continued servicing of the new vehicle for a poultry 1,500. I'm now a very happy Commodore owner. Thank you Toyota.

The team at Kilmore Toyota are fantastic. We had our previous Hilux for 7 years traveling around Oz. When we started to look at a new hilux, they couldn't have been more helpful and interested in our needs. That big white camping box had to be moved with the current tray onto a new vehicle for the deal to work. They did not flinch from the challenge. Gave me a great trade in on the old hilux and were able to get a mix of extras that I had to have. 2 weeks to do the changeover work with a loan car to keep us mobile. Don't drive past drive straight in and tell them what you need. Do yourself a favour!!
The customer service at Kilmore Toyota is excellent, particularly dealing with Jason and Eliza was outstanding. Highly recommend this Toyota dealership.
Took my camry in for a service, got it back everything seemed fine But I've found a video in a Facebook group of the mechanics redlining my car for a good 30 seconds while the service manager just stood there and watched Be careful, no idea how many people they'd do this to They also tip oil down stormdrains
