Mark took on the job at the last minute when another mob backed out. He was professional, helpful, and ensured the job was completed before Christmas, despite hiccups with his supplier (who screwed up the glass order twice). Mark went out of his way to ensure he had the glass from his supplier so the job could be completed. The job was awkward and painful, but Mark still managed to do a beautiful job under some trying circumstances, AND meet the timeline. Thanks Mark for stepping in last minute, and still getting the job finished before Christmas day.
