From our first attendance in store through to installation of carpet, all staff have been friendly, patient and helpful. There was ample choice of products with advice and the chance to take a sample home for viewing. This assists greatly in the process of selection. I am pleased with the level of communication and timeliness of service including installation. On first inspection, I am extremely happy with the final installation. Looks and feels wonderful. Will return when I start on the next room. Thank you.

Extraordinary service, advice and assistance. I had the pleasure of meeting all staff members during my epic search for the perfect color and product to replace my water damaged floor. These are the kinds of people you hope to meet in a country town business .. if only there was more of it! Unfortunately my insurance provider selected Carpet Court in Geelong (3 hours away) for the job... But Kilmore's store still helped me along to make sure I had the right color for my house. a Highly recommend them to anyone! Thankyou to all staff for your patience and assistance,
