Great coffee!! Lovely take on the traditional vanilla slice. Came here with my Sparkly lady friend, got a large 3 shot latte, medium Long Black and a vanilla slice for 13. Crema perfect. Bubble size perfect, prob needed slightly more froth (6mm, not 9mm). Smoothness of the coffee fantastic. Bitterness: mild. Only got 4 stars because my latte was less than 65. Needed to be hotter. But damn. Nearly a God-brew.

Cream donuts looked amazing, but alas tasted a bit stale. Coffee was ok but not hot enough.

Ordered 1 pie and 1 sausage roll with sauce. Cost 22.90. I called to confirm price. Should have been 12.90. Acknowledge, we should have checked before waving our card, but this is also the responsibility of the staff. As we were just passing through, no way to reimburse. Lucky it was only 10 bucks. On the flip side, the pie and sausage roll were very good.

We had pies, coffee and a doughnut. Pastry was soft and had a good flavour. Fillings were spot on, tasty and full. My apple pie was the same. Then we come to the doughnut. WOW we took the coffee one, it was the right chewy consistency with a coffee flavoured, creamy bakers custard in perfect balance. Thank you.

We have been to this chain before and were not impressed. This one at Kilcoy had better pies than the last, which is strange for a chain, I know, but the coffee was NOT good: warm and weak. The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired, too: we had to look hard for a clean table among the many vacant ones. Detracting from any attractive atmosphere, too, was Kilcoy generally. It is subject at the moment to the most horrendous roadworks causing unbelievable traffic buildup. We had not visited Kilcoy for some time and were quite shocked at the run down appearance of the place. I am no stranger to the town from which my father comes and where my mother and he met. We spent many holidays there during my youth visiting our many relatives in the area; it has gone downhill since then! So disappointed.
