I went to the shop today to buy a birthday gift for a friend. I was assisted by the best Shop attendant I have ever met. She spoke to me as if we have been friends for years. She gave great advice and I walked out with the perfect gift. She took her time with me to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you Lucy for great customer service!!! Lucille

The manager at this store is so incredibly rude and self absorbed. Couldn't manage to get her head out of her phone to serve me!!
Nice products and helpful staff. A bit overpriced unless you purchase something on sale.
Unlike the staff in city, the staff in Belconnen are always so rude and never offer help when I visit the shop.
