Travelled from rural WA to have an appointment for my six year old. The receptionist was amazing and chatted to us while we waited. Our appointment with Dr Remke was great. She was attentive to my daughter - explained to my daughter, in a way she'd understand, about why her body was feeling the way it did. She talked her through the allergy testing and then thoroughly through her medication. Highly recommend!

We book our appointment 4 months early. Allowed annual leave to travel from a rural town 6.5 hours away fro Perth. Which usually takes us at least 9 hours with a baby. Was then later advised sorry doctor is not going to be available that date any more. Not very accommodating with our situation and asked to post pone until January as there was nothing else for us apart from a lunch time one to then travel 9 hours with a baby. Which was mentioned. With no care given. Then we were told sorry doctor isn't there the whole of January. This saying I will return to my doctor for a new referral to somewhere more accommodating. Very disappointed in this service.
I arrived late to the appointment all flustered as my google maps had taken me to the wrong location and both her receptionist and Dr Remke were so rude and made me and my toddler feel very uncomfortable (even though no other patients appts were impacted, mine was just shorter). For 439 I expected more then 5 allergy tests and some simple information on eczema that can be just found online. Very disappointed with lack of information.
Not child friendly, She doesn't seem to like kids. We went here for over a year and she only tested for nuts, My son had bad allergies and eczema and I'm furious that she hadn't though to test for cats or dust mites! (turns out he's allergic to) I suggest going to Allergy West - they test for a BUNCH of stuff on the 1st appointment.
