I have been coming here for quite some time now as well as another clinic. I haven’t run into an issue. The doctors are Always professional, caring and empathetic. When I am very sick my doctor can tell straight away - this is why it pays to have a regular GP. My medication is always monitored appropriately as well as my bloods. Thank you Kialla medical for always making me feel comfortable.

A doctor from this clinic couldn't tell me whether I should take a vaccine during pregnancy!! He said he would do a research about that matter and after a month, he told me he still didn't know. All he can do is reading the results from my test reports, but nothing else. 100% USELESS DOCTOR, I paid 80 AUD everytime visit this doctor for no valuable/ useful information. And this clinic charged extra fees for no reason, such a good robbery.

Assumes everyone coming in is a drug addict. Interesting, doctors are supposed to help sick people, not make people sick. Strongly advise against going to this clinic. The receptionist and doctor will discuss patients in front of you, with other patients able to hear what they are saying. Totally inappropriate and unethical. I'd be checking medical credentials in future, as I'm not sure if they actually have any.

They lost my request to have my medical records transferred. Had called twice to check they’d been received and was told “if they were requested we’ll have them”. Just spent 10 minutes there while they leafed through papers trying to find them. Totally useless system.

Lots of Dr's available for that urgent appointment. Easy to book appointments with smartphone app or online bookings through their website.
