Really unexpected behaviour from the customer service people. Only one girl works here in rush time and provides very poor customer service. When I informed the restaurant management, they also took it very normal way. It means here it is simple thinking about the customer service. I never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant, because the customer service level is very poor and food quality is also average.

Bangladeshi restaurant. Menu covers a few street foods and typical roadside restaurants' regulars in Bangladesh. They got two places just 3/4 blocks apart. One is restaurant and the other is sweet shop with desi bakery and street foods. Some foods are yummy and some are average. Environment feels the same as roadside restaurants back there. Pricing is reasonable but some of the items are too expensive. Friendly customer service mostly. I love their Haleem, Kacci Biriyani, Bhuna Khichuri, Hilsa deal, iftar items during ramadan. A little drama with EFTPOS payment. Conditions are not welcoming sometimes. Not recommended for other communities who likes to explore Bangladeshi foods. This restaurant does not represent deshi food that much. Keep the expectation minimal. You may find some items yummy, some too spicy or oily or unhealthy- too costly. So, choose wisely. Deserts are not fresh all the time. You might get deceived. Taste before you buy a lot. Try not to use the toilet.

Delicious and authentic Bangladeshi food, served fast and super cheap! I recommend the veggie curry with some rice and cheesy naan on the side, followed by one of their delightful sweet treats! They also have a ramp that is level with the footpath, so entering with a mobility device is that little bit easier. Highly recommend if you love cheap and flavourful food! Family friendly too.

Ordered kacchi biryani last night. I was served with 2 pieces of bones literally. I had to ask the waitress who was very nice to let chefs know and bring me 2 pieces of meat. I was bold enough to speak out and ask for the meat. Imagine if it was someone else, they would have just eaten like that and left. Owner needs to take care of quality of dish served to make sure not only existing customers keeps coming back but new customers are brought in.

It's look like traditional South Asian restaurant. I like this restaurant for Bangladeshi cuisine.

If u want to waste your money go there. The person who cooked biriyani probably he never eat biriyani in his life. There is khushbo but no taste. Everything is so dirty.

One of the SAMOSA dropped on the floor while the waitress/staff was packing for my takeaway order. To my surprise, she picked up the dropped samosa from the floor and put it back on the display... for the next customer waiting to the served :( .... She said (as I questioned), "the floor is clean." I wonder if it's worth going back for their food/s considering the lack of cleanliness standard they might have.

The Restaurant has room for more improvement. I hope next time it will be better.
