Easily the worst KFC I've ever visited, probably the worst fast food restaurant to be honest. Staff are beyond rude, can't seem to put a whole order together in a bag ever and get extremely annoyed when you ask for the missing items. Most of the time the chips are soggy and under salted as well. Enjoyed watching some casual racism as one of the staff kept telling "DOOR DASH" at the asian gentleman that had ordered in front of me. Went for 6 times before figuring it out. Don't worry, lodge a complaint with KFC and they'll never contact you except an email to ask if they handled the complaint satisfactorily and won't reply to that response either.

We've started driving a little further to Woodridge KFC where quality seems to be better and everything is more fresh. I don't expect too much, since it is like well KFC, but do double-check your order before leaving, chips can be unsalted, soggy/old, and their care factor seems little to none. Sometimes I think, Springwood KFC is closer to home, but then it's like 50/50 risk I regret it. Shame, because good KFC can be well good, but bad makes you just feel like tossing it. (edited to update to 2 stars, since well orders seem alright 50% of the time [from local more than 10 years in the area])

Terrible experience! Don’t ever do online order via the app, so disappointing. We ordered and then the order got cancelled half way through, no reason why and we’ve already paid for it. Couldn’t contact the store regarding this.
Chicken tastes good , And the Resto is clean!
Couldn't complain, at least they weren't out of chicken.
