I had the Zinger box, apart from not getting a spoon to eat the potato & gravy. A problem easily solved, much more enjoyable than the KFC at Dandy Plaza.

Was been waiting in the drive through since 15 minutes. Staff doesn’t care about the time and very rude to the customer. AJ and the other Indian girl were busy talking each other and doesn’t care the customer in the car. Never visit this restaurant again.
We ordered online and went to pick up at drive through so couldn't order extra sauce so asked at pick up point if we could just buy 1 more but was told to drive around again, for 1 sauce. The nuggets and originals were so soggy, the original skins look like it's been sitting for a long time and were falling off.
Chicken was extremely ordinary. Very Oily. Waiting 20 minutes for food after ordering is unacceptable. Only saving grace was a very polite and apologetic young man who served us. HE is why I gave a 2 star rating.
Made an order online most of the time, most of the time there is something being left out, there is 1 time my missus put in the order online and waited 15min for the order, just to found out, their system didn't receive the order, after waited for another 15min we are told multiple of the things we order is sold out. And earlier we done the same thing by ordering online, 1st they left out the dipping sauce, which caused us to make a u-turn to get it again. Then we found a curvy 3 cm hair that looks like pubic hair in 1 of the wicked wings, this is totally unacceptable and gross, i really appreciate it that the management could take the hygiene to an appropriate level and gave more training to your staff. i have taken the picture of the wing to prove it.

Love going to this branch. The chicken are Cooked to perfection. I noticed that different branch do differently which supposedly not to as all are franchises business.
Only kfc that stays open that long The servings are always fresh and crispy.. better than most KFC highly recommend.
