Whoever was working tonight 29/03/2021 @ 8pm deserves a raise. The customer service was impeccable! Staff were so SO friendly and I got in and out of the drive thru so quickly! Whoever is managing at the moment is on fire and the whole experience was super covid safe. Good job!!

Only 1 window at drive thru. Potato to gravy ratio completely off. Did get a large chicken tender however. They did not acknowledge the problem 1 window has on the efficiency on there business.

The chicken was old and dry, and my lettuce was partially brown and floppy. The staff just rush rush rush you. No sauce was given for a large feast. Just train your juniors properly! People are spending their money for quality not old chicken or potential food poisoning. Check your orders people!
