Do not eat at KFC Meadowbrook. The food went cold in 10 minutes. THe chicken was cold and wasn't even crispy. How is this considered as fried chicken?! Worst KFC experience in my life.

It’s not a big place but not crowded Staff are kind, i know that most fast food restaurants are busy and most staffs try to be kind. But sometimes we can have unhappy experience. i saw staff “jess” helped old asian lady with smile and without hesitation to carry her food to the park place outside. Other customers were willing to wait.

Get KFC elsewhere... bought the fried chicken and it was so soggy, as if they microwaved it. They also probably dumped the whole salt and pepper shaker because the chicken burger was so salty. They also have no other sauce the bbq. The only good thing was the chips. I look forward to kfc every time but this experience has honestly put me off. I actually felt sick.

Ordered twice here and both times something missing. Rang to let them know, the respond was not professional. Last night we missed 2 large chips and 1 1.2lt drink. The answered I've got, let us checked and we will get back to you. Haven't heard from them since. Not a happy customer here and this is the last straw. I get the feeling they're been ripping the customers off more often. No star for this branch, very very very poor services. Not recommended to anyone.

Everytime something is missing in the order. Always check your order before leaving..this was the final straw, not going back there again....hopeless

Silas who worked drive through on 28/02/2021 around 14:13 has absolutely no manners. Absolutely no customer service at all. Made my partner and I feel guilty for wanting to buy ourselves something to drink. Very miserable attitude.
