KFC Marangaroo, is now my default branch. The boy serving me named Noah, was such a beautiful kid. He must make his parents proud. I went there for lunch with my two boys, and I asked if I could have one part as thigh. He was so kind and even offered to give me two. Such decorum, respect and kindness, he is an example to how I’d like my boys to be when they become teenagers. Such people make a huge difference to simple things in life and make it better ️

Great tasting food and good service. The in store experience is clean and comfortable but NEEDS some music playing in the background, it can be awkward and quiet without it. Wait times in the line is also a bit long but definitely manageable.
Besides bad service, I ordered hot n spicy and again they’ve given me original and not fresh at all.. this is not the first time it’s happened. I’ve never made a complaint but this is enough as I have lost the amount of times that I have been unsatisfied.
This kfc restaurant is the best in Perth. Sometimes the customer service could be a little better, and occasionally I’ll get a meal that’s not fresh. But 9/10 times the meals are perfect. The chips are almost always fresh with the perfect amount of seasoning. The zinger burgers are amazing and the popcorn chicken is always on point. There’s been once or twice where something has been missed, but staff are always happy to fix the issue. It’s fast food, so I know it won’t be perfect every single time, but honestly most of the time it is. Thanks kfc marangaroo, keep up the good work!
Small store with plenty of parking outside. Easy to access drive-through. Team in store work hard but can sometimes be overwhelmed when it gets real busy. Food is fresh and I’ve always had a nice meal from here so no ideas why all the low ratings. Store is clean and as long as you get in early enough the amenities are kept pretty clean too.
If only I could give less than 1 star. Terrible service tonight and what a waste of time having an online ordering option for Marangaroo KFC. I placed me order at 6:15pm tonight and received my email receipt 1 minute later. I headed down to pick up my order at 6:30pm thinking this would be plenty of time for my small family order to be ready. I walked in-store, not realising I could drive thru and give my order number at the window. So after a few minutes waiting in store not being served, to moving through the drive thru fairly smoothly, I was told to park in the waiting bays as the kitchen was 4 minutes away from having original fillets ready for burgers. I waited in the bay for 20 minutes (3 songs on Spotify equaled 20 minutes). I walked in and sitting there, still, was a mother who was there long before I first arrived, she wasn’t looking happy either as each of the Uber eats drivers were getting their orders sorted out while customers like us, there in person, were getting totally ignored. I finally got the attention of a staff member who didn’t know how to react when I told him I’d been sitting in my car for 20 minutes without receiving my food, so he asked his manager to talk with me. The manager asks me “you’ve only been waiting in the waiting bay for 5 minutes haven’t you?” I answered “no, I’ve been there 20 minutes, it’s now 6:50pm and my order was placed at 6:15pm, here’s my receipt”. She then advises me “oh, we don’t start making your order until you come here”. I said “what?, why would anyone place an order online to only have to come down here and place the order again anyway? She didn’t have an answer for me, except to say my order would be another 5 minutes away. 45 minutes after placing my order I walk out with two ultimate boxes, a very small order. Online ordering just doesn’t work for KFC, customer service has been totally forgotten.
45 -60minute delay for takeaway. No warnings taking orders continually. Very in-proficient. Ruined a family dinner night once again. Well done. Unacceptable
