I hope your not planning on ordering any food within 2hrs within closing because they will stop cooking basic and common items which I assume is out of pure laziness and lack of effort. I can understand the difficulty of cooking some item when cleaning and closing up but simply deep frying fillets should not be one of them.

I was eating here last Wednesday around six o clock and the boy on the register helped with my ordering as I am not great with my English. He also made sure the food was up to standard and was setting a great role model for the other employees. His name was Kieran or Kiran and he was so kind and took his time with me and helped very much. Great food aswell

Ordered through drive through service.did not give all we ordered then received attitude from a 12 yr old customer service representative for KFC that he could not confirm we were entitled to what we ordered. Will not be going back to Kirwin KFC again. Worked all day to receive poor customer service for very little value for money

6 days ago lunchtime - not too bad a line at drive-through. Use the App Build-A-Bucket to get cheaper Wicked Wings - but check before leaving :- we sometimes get 3 wings instead of 9. They must see the cheaper price and not notice it's 3 x 3. Also now the app doesn't let you choose pay when you get there. Lately they have started using two windows again - one to pay, one to pickup.

Four of us came in last night, three of us are now sick today. We ate popcorn chicken that was not fully cooked. Make sure your staff are not lazy and check what they're giving out even if it is 9 at night so you don't make people sick.
