Food was decent. Shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes in the queue for Drive Thru at 6pm but I guess that ones on me. Expecting Fast Food from KFC

Today evening I ordered 10 pieces of hot and spicy original chicken. While placing the order I informed the girl at the counter that in my last order they gave me all small chicken pieces inspite of letting them know again this time they gave all small pieces. Even the taste was so so chicken was dry . can upload the photo if needed.

For all that the drive through was extremely busy (Saturday lunchtime), the staff were handling it pretty quickly and keeping things going as quick as possible. Usually I have no complaints about this store, however, I don't know if it was that the pressure was on but it wasn't the usual standard. My zinger stacker burger was sloppily made, it was almost a deconstructed burger and the large chips had just beyond the amount that you'd find in a regular chips. The other burger was a regular Zinger and it too was all over the place. The drinks? Certainly not as cold as they should have been. I know that it's "fast food" and the rush was certainly on, but the standards had certainly taken the day off.

Went to buy chicken for a birthday dinner. Haven't had Kentucky Fried chicken in about 20 years. Would have to have been the worst chicken i have ever eaten. Greasy, dry. Chips soggy. Supposed to had a coleslaw in with the meal. No coleslaw. Nobody liked it. Never again from Kingsway Kentucky Fried!!.

Very upsetting when you ask them something nicely and they said will do but not guarantee, and when we get home absolutely rubbish, used to be the best but now,I'll never buy from you again,now I know why my friends warn me about your dishonest, not even one piece of thight we asked for,and they gave us 5 wings in a family meal,are you guys for real? Spend 32 for 5 pieces of wings, no thanks looks like old pieces of chicken they want to get real of,unbelievable,never again
