Over 30 minutes in drive through for 4 large chips. What a joke. Worst customer service ever. Would rather starve than come back. Quicker to park and walk to next store than go through their "drive through"

Very disappointed with KFC located in Inala. Thought I'll give them another chance for the 4th time and everything is still the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I placed and paid my order through the app and collected via drive-thru. The customer service was very poor, gave me the wrong and uncompleted order and when I kindly asked for them to check my order with the online receipt, I was treated unfairly. After 20 minutes I finally got the missing items and went home. To my surprise, the 10-minute wait on my spicy chicken was replaced with ALL original chicken (no one told me about this change). I immediately called KFC Inala several times to fix this issue, however, no one picked up. So now I am writing this review. FOOD REVIEW: - Ordered 9x spicy 6x original chicken but got original - Chicken tasted of burnt/old oil and too oily - Chicken came in a bag of oil (refer to photos) - Chicken selection no good (refer to photos) - Chips were very soggy
The chicken is always fresh and I love how they never run out of wicked wings

The drive through is absolutely appalling! Its a fast food place yet you sit and wait for them to cook like you do at a restaurant. Its absolutely rediculous! Their excuse is everyone is ordering original chicken well really?
This place usually have something wrong and which reduces the service level of the store, this time efts machine was not working. Last time the same issue but in store. Usually the ad chicken is burnt smell and taste and they miss orders
I am not usually one to complain about a restaurant, however the service here has been appalling. To get through the drive thru of 5 cars has taken us an hour, even when we ordered online. No interaction was made to the customer as to why the order is extremely timely, and 3/3 times we have been here, the order has been incorrect. I know for a fact that I won't be coming back here, however, thought I would let others know our experience so that you can choose the next closest location.
