Omgoodness, where do I start! Every table was dirty, there was no one in the restaurant. Plenty of staff on, only 1 other customer. The toilet was dirty, the toilet brush was covered in dust, that had not been used in a while. The back of the toilet was also disgusting, as was the outside of it. The hanging lights out side the toilet, above the sink, only 1 was working.. The floor in the whole place was sticky. We did not eat there, and will not be back. Someone is accountable for this work place, and that someone is not doing their job.

This place started out amazing! However after 2 months I'm giving a 2 star! If you want a fresh, tasty and correctly packed meal, lunch time is the best time. Although, if you prefer a half frozen, hair in burger and the wrong order, come at dinner time! I am not sure what happened here. Seems like all the night crew aren't on their game. YOURE TELLING ME KFC RAN OUT OF CHICKEN??!!?!?!??!

Service was slow. While I was there they mucked up the same customers order twice. Food was freshly made and served hot.

Now this is what I call perfect customer service, all your cashiers were friendly and helped me with my orders. in particularly, Jackson delivered amazing customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

Me and the lads ordered 2 dipping buckets, they ran out of chicken tenders, we understood that so they substituted them for nuggets which we were fine with. What gives it the one star is that they didn’t even bother to put them into 2 individual buckets just chucked the dinner rolls and the nuggets into 1 small box. Great common sense at this store....

Very poor service. Staff have no idea what there doing. Food was cold. Missing parts of order. Pay for large and get a regular. Sad to see only on white team member in store full of Sudanese type people. (This is most kfc now days. Getting government perks for employing refugees. Australians lose out again). Did not even have stock all ways seems to be out of stuff.

Have been there only a couple of time. Both times there were issues. 1st time got my order wrong and missed items. 2nd just yesterday, the were OUT of chips. I don't mean you need to wait for them to be cooked, I mean there were none in store to cook!! Then once again order was wrong. I understand it's a relatively new store, but I think that it's been open long enough for things like this not to be happening on a consistent basis.

If I could give 0 stars u bloody would absolutely appalling there was no sanitiser at all the tables were not clean at all everyone that was there at the same time as me ALL ATE IN OUR CARS cos they were cleaner!!! Took almost 20 minutes to get a bacon and cheese burger meal there was others waiting there longer then me for basic meals. Service and cleanliness is just wrong and for such a new store it should be more upkept.
