I just had the worst KFC from plainlands QLD 4341 again for the third time the chicken was overcooked the chips were cold& soggy potato and gravy does not taste anything like it was many years ago The staff are rude and the service is absolutely shocking will never eat there again.

So I went to kfc bonnyrigg store tonight and purchased the boneless bucket well that boneless bucket had bones in them and it looked like the chicken had been ripped apart not *tenders* I will add photos, I think you need to contact the supplier because this clearly should not happen in a *boneless* bucket
Someone needs to take a close look at the Glenmore Park store. Multiple stuff ups, rude management, incorrect or incomplete orders and that is just there good points. Covid has made a mess of some things but its no excuse to be lazy with your job , if you are lucky to have one, or treat customers with contempt. The worst take away store I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing, or trying to ,deal with. One star is two too many.
Seriously, the burgers you show in your commercials haven't looked like that in over 10 years.
Will went to get a 3 pice feed but got 2 pice feed and know potato and gravey . And this great store is Minchinbury. Don't go to that KFC the staff are very rude. Because if you ring he will say how come has it takes you so long to phone use and complain. I did phone the next day?. Really that the way you talk to your customers mmmmm .
