Yea Na, food wasn't fresh at all. Chips were under cooked. Burger was very underwhelming and just prepared poorly. Popcorn chicken was cold but was the only item in my order that was decent enough to eat. I understand the my order was placed around 2030 hrs with less number of patrons in and around KFC.

This is by far the worst KFC in Canberra.. If there is any advice i could give someone.. its do not go here ever. Its a place for kids to stuff around while they work.. its not a place to get some food. Waste of time! Ps.. enjoy your free bugs!
Best KFC in Canberra. Exceptional customer service from all staff, food is as ordered and chips are always fresh and well seasoned. Drive from Tuggeranong cos they’re that good.
Worst KFC we have ever gotten. Been to this one twice now and the food has been bad both times. The lettuce on the burger was well past its prime not even close to being a green lettuce any more, very brown and soggy. Chips were significantly undercooked. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for ages. Doesn’t seem to be much in the way of quality control. We did appreciate the speed of the service, and it is KFC after all, but seriously as far as KFC goes that really was bad.
Had quite a bad experience with this KFC. Ordered hot rods and 6 wicked wings instead got 4 drumsticks instead of wings. The food delivered as poor and cold. The store is dirty as the tables weren’t cleaned hence had to clean up to have the food.
I drove through tonight. Food was perfect and hot. Service at window was very pleasant. A lot of food for my money.

Went to this KFC on the 3rd of March close to 9pm, the drive thru operator didn't listen to a word I said tried to rush me through ordering and got my order completely wrong after coming to the window I heard another employee swearing about the inconvenience of having to add something to my order. I didn't feel valued as a customer or heard as one either, I would not recommend this place. I hope the employee who was on drive thru orders gets training again in what they should be doing and how to treat people.
